Raspberry ketone
I took this product and did notice a slight raspberry taste. The directions say to take 15-20 minutes before breakfast and lunch. I tend to skip lunch so I have been taking it about 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. I can definitely say it has helped to control my appetite.
I have also added exercise. With taking pure raspberry ketones and exercising, I have seen an improvement in my energy levels. I don't get the jitters with this product like other similar products. I also have seen a slight drop in weight. I don't exercise as much as I should but I can tell you I am confident that the weight would fall off much faster with more exercise and the use of this product.

Headlamp
This headlamp is powerful and bright. It has differnet settings for differnet lighting, led, red or flashing.
It is very bright, comfortable to wear and adjusts angles to help shine the light where you need it.
I love that it is hands free. It also adjusts to fit on my head. I used this when we went camping and it worked perfectly. I love that I can just wear it and it frees up my hands.

This is a product I believe in completely. If any of you are not aware, I am all about natural remedies before trying man made medicines. Sprouts cold remedy is a blend of all natural herbs to relieve cold symptoms.
This blend contains Echinacea, red root, green tea leaf, elderberry fruit, thyme, red clover, myrrh gum, orange peel, mullein leaf and ginger root. Some of these are pretty popular, others I have not heard much about. I can say, the taste isn't great but it isn't a deal breaker. I added some with some juice and chugged it. I am happy to say the next day my symptoms, though not gone, were considerably better. My 3 year old daughter has decided this is her water bottle. She absolutely loves the idea of having fruit in her water. I really like the flip top and locking lid on this water bottle. It works great, yet is easy enough for her to use.
I really like that this infuser water bottle does not have a lot of pieces to it. I have tried a few others that seem to have more parts which just makes it easy to misplace. Also the less pieces, the easier it is to clean. This water bottle is dishwasher safe though it is so easy to clean
I don't usually find the need to run it in the dishwasher.
I love that this water bottle is fairly light, my daughter likes to take it everywhere. The water also stays cool for a good amount of time which is also nice.

This vitamin B12 cream is great! I love that it is fast absorb because when I am getting ready I don't usually have time to wait before applying make up.
I have only used this product on my face but it is also known for being helpful for dry itchy skin, and for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
My daughter has slight eczema, mainly in the winter, so I am interested to see if this product will help with that.
I love it for my face as a daily moisturizer. B12 is a powerful moisturizer and it has made the skin on my feel so soft and visibly more nourished.

I can not even begin to tell you how adorable these nap mats are! Here is a little background information about Janiebee. "Janiebee is about the family, past and present." The owner, Rene is delightful. She named the company Janiebee after her mother whose nickname is Janie and her niece that past away who they called Bee. Truly a touching story behind the name of this wonderful company.
I say amazing company for more than one reason. Not only are their products amazing, but I love that Janiebee gives back. First, they use pillows from "Envision Chicago." These pillows are made my men and women with developmental disabilities. Janiebee also does not waste any scraps. Some of the scraps are made into blankets and donated to local shelters. The fabric scraps are made into dresses, hats and dolls which are donated through churches. The leftover batting is made into pet beds which are also donated. That is amazing, right?
Now, to the nap mat. I chose the design called Meadow. I love the colors, each section is a different color and pattern but they coordinate very well. Its no wonder that this design is a best seller! I even had my daughters name added to the outside which is great for when she takes it places. My daughter loves this nap mat and has slept on it every night since we received it. The pillow and blanket are sewn on which is ingenious and very convenient. This nap mat is so simple to roll up and tie, even my daughter can do it without too much trouble. I was excited to get this advanced hair repair shampoo because I have always had a problem with my hair breaking and falling out in the shower. I have tried other products to try and strengthen my hair but have never had the results I really wanted.

Again this product has some amazing ingredients. For me, because I have naturally curly hair, conditioner is more important to me than shampoo. With that being said, I tend to use 2 applications of conditioner to get my hair soft and smooth before getting out of the shower. I am glad to say that this conditioner works so well with the shampoo that I have found myself not using as much conditioner.
After rinsing the shampoo out, my hair feels not only clean but fairly smooth. I have found that I can use just one application of this conditioner, let it set for a few minutes and then rinse it out.
