Omega 3 is known for many things including lowering blood pressure, reducing triglycerides, and reducing the chance of heart attack and stroke.

This Omega 3 supreme is highly concentrated and pure, pharmaceutical grade.  I have tried other forms of omega 3 however this formula is power packed with 1400 mg of Omega-3s per serving.  I am not a fan of the size of the pill because they even though they are soft gels, they are pretty big.  I also noticed a slight fishy smell but not like other brands I have tried. 

These soft gels are enteric coating, to help minimize the "fish burps" and also to help increase absorption.  I think the enteric coating makes it easier to get these soft gels down without much trouble.

This sunscreen is chemical free, non toxic and 100% organic.  It is NANO particles free, chemical free, toxin free, paraben free, gluten free, and nut oil free.  It is gentle on skin so it can be used by both children and adults.  It is made to protect from both UVA and UVA rays and has a SPF of 30.  I love that it has green tea, kelp and cucumber, rosehip oil, tamanu oil, and cocoa and vanilla.  These ingredients not only make it smell great but also protects and hydrates your skin.

Due to the time of year, I have not tried this product in the sun.  I like the SPF 30 and can appreciate that its water resistant up to 80 minutes.  I did however, open this product and try it both on myself and my daughter.  I wanted to do this more just to see if her sensitive skin would have a reaction to it.  I rubbed it on and noticed that it definitely is not as greasy as some lotion sunscreens I have tried in the past.  My daughter did not have a reaction to this product after wearing it for just a short amount of time.  I like the smell, it is sweet but not to strong.

I think this product will be great for both my fair skin and my daughters sensitive baby skin when that thing called the "sun" finally decides to make an appearance.  I would recommend this product.  The price is more than most you find at chain stores, however you can not go wrong with a product that is all natural!

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is extracted from fruit of palm tree.  Fractionated coconut oil is made by a process of hydrolysis and then steam distilled.  Fractionated oil has been processed to create a shelf stable oil. 

The process it goes through after extraction is what determines if it is fractionated or not.  Fractionated oil had had triglycerides removed which makes it less oily than virgin coconut oil and "generally a better bet for use in skin care products."  It also has a higher concentration of capric and caprylic acid and thus is a better antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and disinfectant. 

Fractioned coconut oil is used for many things including therapeutic benefits, a great moisturizer, hair growth, aromatherapy, and it is gentle on skin.

I love coconut oil!  It has so many uses, I am still discovering new ways to use it.  So far I have used this coconut oil mostly as a moisturizer.  It feels great on and does not leave my skin greasy.  It moisturizes very well and is gentle enough to use everyday.

This is the first product I have tried from Poppy Austin.  This eye cream is especially formulated to target dark puffy bags around the eyes.  This product has antioxidants that help protect your skin from free radicals.

I love that even though it is a specially formulated eye cream, it is versatile enough to be used on your entire face. It goes on light and airy.  It is smooth and it gentle enough to use on my sensitive skin.  It can be used under makeup or alone.

First off, the packaging is adorable.  This beard oil comes in a 1 oz. mini flask.  It is tiny to make it easier to take with you on the go. 

I got this product for my husband.  I love the way it smells.  It is made with olive oil, grapeseed oil, apricot oil, jojoba, argan, vitamin E, and essential oils.  It has hints of lavender, bergamot, and citrus. 

When I husband tried this for the first time, I was surprised because I thought it would leave his beard looking a bit greasy but it didn't.  It goes a long ways and leaves his beard soft.  I think he likes it but more importantly I love it.  I love the smell and the fact that his beard is less course.

I love that it is all natural.  I would recommend giving this product a try.  It is a bit pricey but it goes a long ways.
