This is a product I believe in completely.  If any of you are not aware, I am all about natural remedies before trying man made medicines.  Sprouts cold remedy is a blend of all natural herbs to relieve cold symptoms. 

This blend contains Echinacea, red root, green tea leaf, elderberry fruit, thyme, red clover, myrrh gum, orange peel, mullein leaf and ginger root.  Some of these are pretty popular, others I have not heard much about.  Echinacea, green tea, elderberry, and ginger are all fairly well known for their ability to boost the immune system and reduce cold and flu symptoms. 

The recommendation is to take 1 ml (25 drops) 1-2 times a day at the onset of symptoms.  I unfortunately forgot I had these when I first started getting a head cold.  Once I remembered I had this cold remedy I started taking it in larger amounts for the first day.  I tried the recommended amount of one dropper full, every 4 hours.  I can say, the taste isn't great but it isn't a deal breaker.  I added some with some juice and chugged it.  I am happy to say the next day my symptoms, though not gone, were considerably better.  I continued to take this cold remedy in conjunction with vitamin c and within 2 days I was feeling better. 

I have a susceptibility to getting bronchitis or upper respiratory infections so when I started getting better and my cold didn't get any worse, I was a believer.  I love this product and am so happy I have found something natural both my kids and I can take at the first sign of a cold.

This bag is cute online but it is absolutely adorable in person. I got the red, and the colors are perfect together.

Infuser Water Bottle

My 3 year old daughter has decided this is her water bottle.  She absolutely loves the idea of having fruit in her water.  I really like the flip top and locking lid on this water bottle.  It works great, yet is easy enough for her to use.  

I really like that this infuser water bottle does not have a lot of pieces to it.  I have tried a few others that seem to have more parts which just makes it easy to misplace.  Also the less pieces, the easier it is to clean.  This water bottle is dishwasher safe though it is so easy to clean
I don't usually find the need to run it in the dishwasher. 

I love that this water bottle is fairly light, my daughter likes to take it everywhere.  The water also stays cool for a good amount of time which is also nice. 

I love that this product is BPA free, and lead free.  This infuser water bottle is the best I have tried.  It is easy to use, clean and carry.  I think this is a great buy and I will be purchasing another for myself.

Maxabsorb Vitamin B12 Cream -

This vitamin B12 cream is great! I love that it is fast absorb because when I am getting ready I don't usually have time to wait before applying make up. 

I have only used this product on my face but it is also known for being helpful for dry itchy skin, and for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. 

My daughter has slight eczema, mainly in the winter, so I am interested to see if this product will help with that. 

I love it for my face as a daily moisturizer.  B12 is a powerful moisturizer and it has made the skin on my feel so soft and visibly more nourished. 

I like that this bottle has a pump dispenser, it makes it easy to get just enough.  This 1.7 fl. oz. bottle contains enough for one month if you use it once a day.  I think this is a great buy for the price.  I recommend trying this product is you have dry skin, a skin condition or if you are just looking for a great daily moisturizer.
