DogPlus
Dog Joint Supplement -
$27.62
If you have followed my blog you will know that I posted earlier about my German Shephard who was recently diagnosed with arthritis. She is getting old and it is hard to see her struggle to get up and down the stairs and such. The vet recommended giving her hip and joint supplements so I was so happy to get this product.
I love that this is not a pill. My dog becomes pill savy after a few doses. I'm not sure how, but she will eat everything but the pill no matter what I put the pill in. This product is a round chewable tablet. I did try to give this to my dog in a piece of meat to see if she would eat it all however she did what I thought she would and she ate everything around this tablet. The great thing is that because it is soft, I just broke it up a little and added it in with her dog food. She ate it all just like it was never even there.
This product also has "5 additional benefits: anti-oxidants help fight cancer and disease; anthocyanins and bioflavonoids help relieve arthritic pain; flavonoids, isoqueritrin and queritrin help relieve stress and prevent premature ageing; antioxidant melatonin improve circadian rhythms and sleep patterns."
I feel great about this product. Though my dog was given prescription pain medication, I will add this product as a supplement to that.
