Argan oil is also referred to as "liquid gold." It comes from an Argan nut from an Argan tree, which is only grown in Southwestern Morocco. Argan oil is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and minerals.
It can be used for many things such as a moisturizer, toner, exfoliator, a leave in conditioner, acne treatment and many others.
Argan oil also helps to minimize breakouts because of its anti-inflammatory properties. I have used this product before bed and have noticed a difference in my trouble spots. I love that it absorbs quickly. My skin feels moisturized and not irritated.
I have always had trouble with my cuticles being dry and always have hang nails. After using this argan oil for a short period of time, my cuticles are less dry and overall feel healthier.
I also have used this argan oil as a leave in conditioner. My hair is longer than I normally keep it and I have noticed that with the long length comes more frizz. After using this product as an overnight leave in treatment, my hair is noticeably softer and more manageable. I don't like using this product as a topical treatment unless I plan on shampooing before styling. If you use too much it will leave your hair looking greasy.
